Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our studio in Alibaug, Raigad. Ready pieces are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Custom and personalized pieces take longer, and the timeline is confirmed at the time of the order.

Delivery across India typically takes 4 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote locations may take longer.

Every piece is wrapped and packed to protect the copper surface and enamel work during transit. Fragile items are packed with additional protection.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499. Below this, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared over email or phone. If a shipment appears delayed or damaged, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
