Returns & Refunds

If a piece reaches you damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Because every product is handmade, small variations in colour, surface, finish and size are natural and are not considered defects.

Custom-made and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except when they arrive damaged or differ from the confirmed order.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of the returned item being received and checked.
